Drought protection – small retention project in the Rudy Raciborskie Forest District

DHV Hydroprojekt Sp. z o.o., commissioned by the Rudy Raciborskie Forest Inspectorate, will develop comprehensive design documentation for small retention facilities to be built in the Rudy Raciborskie Forest Inspectorate. The project aims to improve the forest soils hydration, change the rapid outflow of surface water from forest areas into a slow drain, diversify the elements of the forest ecosystem and have a beneficial effect on biodiversity.

The order is divided into two partial tasks:

1. Preparation of project documentation for the needs of construction of small retention facilities in the area of conflagration site from 1992,
2. Preparation of project documentation for the needs of building small retention facilities in the catchment area of ​​the “Raczok” stream.

Contract implemented under the project “A comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands” co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment.
