Maczki Hydropower Plant (designed) on the Biała Przemsza River

The hydropower plant on Biała Przemsza river is the second largest hydropower plant in the region. The project includes also fish-pass for fish migrating up the river (the ramp-pass type).

Basic technical parameters of Hydropower Plant:

  • installed discharge of 1 „Archimedes” screw turbine: 5.03 m3/s
  • installed power capacity: 80 KW
  • acceptable head range: 2.10 m ¸ 2.15 m
  • average production: 697 MWh/year
